Can I cancel or adjust my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel, change, or make any adjustments to orders. No exceptions.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days. We will do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping will be 5-10 business days estimated in transit.

I entered my billing or shipping address incorrectly, what should I do?

If this occurs, please email shop@vanessamelobrand.com and in your initial email include:
* Your order #
* Your correct billing or shipping address.
We cannot guarantee any adjustments can be made during this time but we will try to accommodate if we are able to.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return your items for a store credit and place a new order for the preferred items(s).
